» Vehicle Shipment Authorization

When customers submit a request for moving a vehicle, this Vehicle Shipment Authorization (VSA) creates an agreement between the customer and AUTO-logistics. This automobile transport then becomes the responsibility of AUTO-logistics. AUTO-logistics will ensure that the vehicle transport is executed as requested for the lowest price. between approved vendors.

» Auto Transport Bid Solicitation and Selection

The bid solicitation and selection process is a closed bid process. AUTO-logistics accepts a VSA from the customer and creates an auto transport Request For Bid (RFB). The RFB is submitted to the approved AUTO-logistics vendors that match the criteria on the VSA. A closing date/time for the RFB is then set. When the closing date and time occurs, A Request for Cost Authorization (RCA) is sent to the customer via email. Upon approval, the vendor with the lowest bid is notified that they were selected for this move.

» Administration, Compliance & Billing

Complete administration of VSA orders, including insurance and claim handling, is conducted by AUTO-logistics. Multiple vendor and shipment invoices are consolidated into one periodic statement.
